Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right, within thirty days without giving reasons this contractto revoke. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who has or has taken possession.

This can be done informally, it is not necessary to specify reasons (but we look forward to feedback). If you make use of this option, we will immediately provide you with confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation
