Authenticity of the reviews

In our online shop we use functions and content of the FERA service, especially for the recording and presentation of product reviews. If you order from us, you will receive an email after delivery of your goods in which you can rate the products you have received.

Note on the authenticity of the reviews

Our evaluation function is open to the online shop. A review of the reviews takes place as follows: We check reviews on our products before publication, individually to see whether it has made a consumer who actually acquired the goods from us. A activation only takes place after 24 hours. Customers formulate the comments in their own words.

Reviews with the additional note "confirms"

Fera-sent evaluation inviton via email after a specified period after sending an order. If Feraeine evaluation can automatically assign an order in our shop system Shopify shows Fera "confirms" the additional note. We have no way to manually award the additional note.

We manually ensure the authenticity of these reviews by comparing the email addresses, which were specified when ordering and then when the evaluation.

Grade

The note calculation is on the basis of 5 stars (very good), 4 stars (good), 3 stars (satisfactory), 2 stars (sufficient), 1 star (poor). The average of the rating is calculated by the entirety of all ratings.
